One on one training specifically designed for the individual player. We will perform a SWOT (Strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to growth) analysis and develop a detailed plan for improvement. Availability 6 days per week.

Our Group classes feature a 1:6 ratio of players to coach. Typically, we have a 1:4 ratio. This ensures each player receives the individualized attention they deserve.
Choose the day that works for your schedule? Different day every week? No problem. We offer 6-8 groups weekly in our tallahassee location. Scheduling basketball training shouldn't be a hassle.
